There are multiple ways to earn points inside our rewards program.

You earn points based on dollar amount spent for every purchase (with a multiplier based on your membership tier). You may also earn points from taking actions such as signing up, follow on our socials, referrals and celebrating your birthday. We're constantly updating our list activities, so do check back often!

Unfortunately, Wink Points are accumulated from the moment you create your membership account. Purchases before you join the program will not count for points.

Just login to your account dashboard and you should see your balance together with all past activity.

HanaDolly Winks are only awarded for purchases made on our online store www.hanadolly.com.

We are unfortunately unable to award points for purchase made on other platforms (i.e. Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Retail Stockist, etc) as these platforms will have their own rewards programs.

We have three membership tiers in our HanaDolly Winks Rewards Program. Your tier is determined by your total value spent aftering signing up as a member of the loyalty program.

• Bronze: everyone start's here! Start earning points on your purchase to move to the next tier.
• Silver: Accumulated a total of $500 purchase value after signing up for the membership program to unlock this tier!
• Gold: Spend a total of $1,000 in accumulated purchases as a member to unlock this highest tier. How's the view from the top looking?

Higher membership tiers enjoy larger points earning multiplier, better perks, exclusive discounts, and special rewards.

We're also constantly updating our rewards for each tier, so do check back every now and then - you might snag something sweet!

Once a HanaDolly fam, always one. When you unlock a tier, it stays there for life - unless you request a full account closure (but why would you!).

Redeeming rewards is dead simple.

• Step 1 - Log In: to your account dashboard
• Step 2 - Choose Reward: Go through the catalog, take your time, plan out your next purchase to maximize the reward.
• Step 3 - Redeem: select the reward you want and redeem with points.
• Step 4 - Apply Code: A unique code will be sent to you (keep it secret!). Use it at checkout to claim your reward.

To keep things fair and fabulous for everyone, only one reward can be redeemed per transaction. But don’t worry, you can always treat yourself again next time!

Nope, your rewards don’t come with an expiry date - phew! Once you’ve earned them, they’re yours to keep.

That said, we do recommend using them as they roll in so you can keep enjoying the perks.

HanaDolly Wink points are non-transferable and can’t be shared or combined with other accounts.
